Benjamin Coleridge Turner-Calazar The Judge AKA Ben Turner (Benny to close friends and family)
Physical appearance: 6'0'' tall, slim build (with washboard abs.) dark blonde hair, a light beard, green eyes, his bangs go down to his ears and is parted down the middle, appears to be twenty-two years old.
Demonic physical appearance: 6'1'' tall, slim build, bald, red skin/black stripes, basically looks like his human form but with the skin tone/markings of Balthazar.
Powers: (Balthazar like) Shimmering, energy balls, (red) kinetic energy balls(his fav), telekinesis, pyrokinesis, super human strength, accelerated healing, regeneration (but only to a certain extent.), conjuring, temporary mind control (depending on the person, ten to fifteen minutes.), summoning, astral projection (but Calazar is in control of the real body, and Ben is in control of the projection, both bodies have all of their powers.), clinging, five minuet cloning, super speed, cryokinesis, deflection, energy wave (although this drains him of energy.), healing, heating, hovering, incineration(fav #2), intangibility, invisibility, memory manipulation, molecular immobilization, molecular dispersion, Omnilingualism, photokinesis, shadow projection, sensing, empathy.

Ben's mother was a witch in the 1920's, she didn't know Cole Turner was half demon, and he did not know she was a witch. Cole did not know of Ben until Ben's mother died of child birth and Elizabeth Turner told Cole of Ben. From then on Ben was raised and trained by his grandmother. Ben earned his title "The Judge" by only killing those his power of empathy tells him are guilty. The only demons he will not kill are his father and grandmother. He is not above using his powers in public and then altering the memories of any witnesses. He has made it known to the charmed ones that he is waiting for the most emotionally, charged time to kill Phoebe as revenge for killing his father. (He doesn't know that Cole is in Limbo.) But until then he has made it his mission to befriend the girls and their family to try and understand why his father gave up everything for them, only to be stabbed in the back when he needed them most.
He loves horror movies like kids love comedies, has a habit of eating pizza four times a week, is addicted to his GameCube, will not admit it but he goes to Piper's restaurant just for her cooking, and is secretly in love with Paige (even dated her in collage). Lives in his father's old penthouse, and loves photography. He is a fan of Metallica, Ozzy Osborn, AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, Lady Sovereign, M.I.A, U2, Emilie Autumn, Elvis, Hendrix, Snoop Doggy Dog, Linkin Park, Billy Idol, Disturbed, Godsmack, David Bowie, Dr. Horrible's sing along blog, and (some) Eminem.
